Dayla serves as Chief Operating Officer. She joined the team after serving in a similar role at a financial services firm. She brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and management to Ericson, having also served in senior roles at an AIG Broker-Dealer.
As COO, she calls on her strong organizational background to maintain the firm’s ongoing business and financial operations. Including upgrading and implementing appropriate systems, policies and procedures, internal controls, and firm standards along with human resources and benefits.
In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, entertaining, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Dayla lives in Bridgewater, CT with her husband Dean, two children, and French bulldog, Vida.
