General Claim Reporting

Options for reporting a general claim:

  1. Call our office during normal business hours at 860-868-7361 and ask for the claims department.
  2. Complete the general claims form.
    • If you complete the form by 3:00pm on a normal business day, you will hear back from our claims team same day. If after 3:00pm, you will hear by 11:00am next business day.
  3. Call your insurance company directly.
